The production is most important and strategic part of any manufacturing oriented facility. We are an ISO-9001 certified facility so we have a pre depened work process or mechanism. It enhances our productivity and efficiency.
Cutting departments cut the fabric as per required quantity and specification. They use the cutting patterns that issues by GGT department to avoid any mistake in sizes or measurements.
STITCHING
We follow the chain system in stitching. There are supervisors who gives a brie ng before to start any order. They explain the customer design and specification to the operators. The quality controllers do the inline to make sure that the production is as per customer’s requirement.
FINISHING
The finishing department cuts the un necessary threads of the garments and look after the overall garment quality. Incase of any discrepancy, finishing team will send back to the stitching department again
PRESSING & PACKING
We have steam press system to enhance the look of the garment. Then they forward it to packing department to tag or pack the garment individually according to the customer’s requirement and put them into the cartons.
QUALITY ASSURANCE GARMENTS
After the 100% packing of an order. Our Quality auditor inspects the garments in light of customer’s requirement to make sure that everything as per customer’s requirement and speci cation.
DELIVERY
After all the process and passing by the QA the shipment is ready to delivery. Each carton will have the shipping marks stated with all the information to create an ease for the customer.
